Gligorije Brajković is a seasoned legal expert with extensive experience in the banking sector, legal affairs, compliance, and financial regulations.
He graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and began his career in ProCredit Bank in 2002. Shortly after, he joined Raiffeisen Bank, where he advanced to the position of Director of the Compliance Department.
In 2007, he joined Delta Generali Insurance, where he held multiple roles, including Advisor to the Executive Board President, Director of the Legal Department of Delta Generali a.d. Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delta Generali Life Insurance a.d. in Podgorica.
Since 2010, he has been part of UniCredit Bank Serbia, where he initially managed the Legal and Compliance Directorate. After these functions were separated, he continued to lead the Legal Directorate, where he still works today.
In addition to his practical experience in financial services, he is actively engaged as a lecturer at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, focusing on financial law. He is also a member of the European Association of Corporate Lawyers.
Gligorije Brajković is a founding member and board member of the Association for Banking Law, where he plays an active role in enhancing legal regulations and advancing professional practices in banking law in Serbia.
