Boris Lazić

Boris Lazić is a lawyer with over 12 years of experience in commercial and civil law, as well as financial criminal cases. As a practicing attorney in Cyprus, he has successfully represented clients in complex commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, director liability, contractual disagreements, bankruptcy cases, fraud, and financial crimes.

Specializing in international arbitration and litigation in commercial law, he has participated in arbitration proceedings under ICC (International Chamber of Commerce), LMAA (London Maritime Arbitrators Association), and Vienna Arbitration rules. His work includes asset freezing claims and interim protective measures in international legal disputes.

Beyond litigation and arbitration, Boris Lazić has extensive experience in commercial real estate and the energy sector, where he has been involved in high-value transactions and legal structuring.

As a multilingual legal expert, fluent in Serbian, English, Russian, and Greek, he is frequently engaged as a legal advisor in international legal matters. Boris is an English lawyer – a barrister – specializing in civil, commercial, and public law, as well as financial criminal offenses.

He is a founding member and board member of the Association for Banking Law, where he actively contributes to the advancement of legal practices in the banking and financial regulatory sector.
