Miloš Živković is one of Serbia’s leading legal experts in arbitration and commercial law, with over two decades of experience in legal advisory, arbitration, and commercial disputes.
He was born in 1972 in Belgrade, where he completed his primary and secondary education with outstanding academic achievements. He enrolled at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law in 1990, and after serving in the military and spending a year abroad improving his English and German language skills, he graduated in 1996 with an impressive GPA of 9.84.
Throughout his professional career, Miloš Živković has been engaged in numerous domestic and international arbitration cases and has held key positions in legal institutions:
- President of the Permanent Elected Court (Arbitration) at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (2012–2013)
- Listed Arbitrator at the Foreign Trade Arbitration Court of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce
- Founder of the Arbitration Law Association (2013)
- Member of the Presidency of the Belgrade Arbitration Center (since 2014)
As a recognized arbitrator, he has participated in numerous domestic and international arbitration proceedings under the rules of:
- International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)
- Foreign Trade Arbitration of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce
- Arbitration Court of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce
Additionally, he has represented the Republic of Serbia in arbitration cases before:
- International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID)
- Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA)
Miloš Živković is actively involved in domain name dispute resolution as a member of the RNIDS Dispute Resolution Commission. Since 2015, he has been a member of the Expert Council of the Notary Chamber of Serbia, contributing to the development of legal standards and arbitration practices.
He is also one of the founding members of the Association for Banking Law, where he actively contributes his expertise and experience to the development of the legal framework in Serbia’s banking sector.
